These terms cover the use of this website, the published downloads and the StormNet client applications.

02No warranty of accuracy

Weather analysis, risk levels and tornado indicators are provided as-is. No guarantee is given that a hazard will be detected, or that a detected hazard will occur.

03Not an emergency service

StormNet does not replace official warnings or emergency responders. You remain responsible for your own safety decisions.

04Acceptable use

Do not submit false emergency reports, do not abuse the tracker network, and do not use the applications to endanger yourself or others.

05Operator responsibility

Each StormNet API server is operated independently. The operator of the server you connect to is responsible for the data processed there.

06Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for damages resulting from use of, or reliance on, the information provided.

07Changes

These terms may be updated as the software evolves. The current version always applies.
